Sandra is a Swedish-certified Speech Pathologist (holding a Master of Science in Speech and Language Pathology and a Master of Medical Science in Medicine with a specialization in Speech and Language Pathology, certified in Sweden). She is also a Certified ADHD and Neuroscience Coach, Medical Yoga Instructor, and trained Feeding Therapist. Sandra brings a unique blend of expertise to her practice, supporting individuals across the lifespan—from infants and children to adolescents and adults.
As a neurodivergent individual herself, diagnosed with ADHD and Autism later in life, Sandra’s personal journey fuels her dedication to helping others embrace their strengths and navigate a world that can often overlook neurodiverse needs. This lived experience, combined with her professional background, allows her to offer deeply empathetic and practical support to neurodivergent individuals.
Sandra’s approach is rooted in neuroaffirming practices that empower clients to achieve a high quality of life through enhanced functional communication, social connection, and independence in feeding skills. Her mission is to guide each person toward a fuller understanding of themselves, fostering growth in ways that respect and celebrate neurodiversity. Sandra provides her services independently through Total Communication Global AB and is NOT a member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
Sandra is a Certified ADHD & Neuroscience Coach, Certified Feeding Therapist specializing in the Sequential Oral Sensory (S.O.S) Approach, and a Swedish-Certified Speech Pathologist with comprehensive training at the bachelor’s and master’s levels. She brings specialized expertise in supporting communicative and behavioral needs associated with neuropsychiatric conditions, particularly Autism and ADHD, with focused training in areas such as anxiety, aggression, and challenging behaviors in Autism.
In addition, Sandra is highly skilled in Key Word Sign (an AAC method for speech and language development), Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). She is also a trained MediYoga teacher and Children’s Yoga Instructor, using storytelling and play to support young learners.
Beyond her professional qualifications, Sandra is a former elite athlete, having played soccer in the highest leagues in both Italy and Sweden. This diverse background enriches her approach to empowering neurodivergent individuals across all ages.
